You will be provided with a bullet point checklist of concerns that will come up during the home inspection.  
 

Prior to closing on your home - have an inspector come back wit you to the pre-closing inspection to ensure no major issues have developed in the months since initial inspection.   We are also able to check any repairs that may have been made by the sellers.  Or re-check systems that may not have been working during initial inspection.
